CELTIBERO Fixed Blade

5.5 inches 3/16 inches thick FULL TANG MOVA-58 stainless alloy.

A detailed look at this nice Spanish made knife.

Knife only:
321 grams or 11.3 Oz.

Scabbard and knife:
491grams or 17.3 Oz.

The external pouch can fit a Swiss Army Knife
This Celtibero from AGEO, is slightly different to that of the original manufactured by J&V CDA in Spain. For this model J&V CDA have put a better handle on this same blade. The new grip is very good.
This is an excellent knife for the camp. I'm not going to say it's a "survival knife" as you know my criteria for that title BUT certainly it could be used in survival situation based on my field experiences around the globe.
Edge holding capacity was very good and I expected this from MOVA-58 steel.

Food preparation with this knife was easy.

Not sure about this rust here?

The Celtibero has a Good ergonomic design and well balanced with the fulcrum basically positioned at the guard.

The Celtibero was easy to use around a camp preparing food.

Slightly aggressive finger/thumb gimping good to strike a steel with.

made in Spain!

Well made leather sheath could be a bit tighter fit with the retention strap but the knife can not come out
the press studs needed working several times opening and closing in order to "work them into a reasonable tension.

Easily fits a Swiss Army Knife in this pocket.
